The ultimate recycling purpose of the EPS recycling system is to first break waste EPS into EPS beads, which are the “monomers” that make up EPS, and then separate the reusable EPS beads and non-reusable EPS through the EPS recycling system. The beads are separated, and finally the recycled EPS beads are mixed with new EPS materials to create new EPS products.

The process of EPS recycling system

By putting EPS waste into the crusher of the EPS recycling system, you can get reusable and non-recyclable EPS beads that are mixed together. All EPS beads enter the first silo through the pipeline.
Reusable beads and non-recyclable beads pass through the De-duster of the EPS recycling system. There is a special screen in the device for screening beads. After De-duster processing, the reusable EPS beads will be separated from the non-recyclable beads.
After filtering through the screen in the previous step, the unreusable beads will enter the Dust-collector (No. 3).
At this point, the reusable EPS beads have entered the final Mixer and Silo (No. 4). We can see that the Silo at the end of the EPS recycling system is divided into two parts, one is the recycled EPS beads we got, and the other is the new EPS beads we collected. A part of Silo is used to hold new EPS beads materials and mixed with recycled EPS beads.
