The semi-automatic AutoLoadBaler paper baler is filled using ergonomic collection trolleys that hold significantly more material than a shopping cart. This reduces walking distances to the machine. Cardboard no longer needs to be pre-shredded or pre-pressed, saving time and minimizing the risk of injury. The full collection trolley is simply exchanged for the empty one and pushed into the press. The automatic pressing process starts at the touch of a button. The floor of the collection trolley is raised automatically and the material is conveyed via rotors into the press chamber of the paper press, where it is pressed into approx. 400 kg directly marketable bales with a pressing force of 530 kN.
